Rob serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Gray Group, responsible for overseeing Great Gray Trust Company and Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG). He leads both firms under a shared mission to ensure that every retiree has access to the best possible retirement solutions.

A recognized voice in the retirement industry, Barnett is known for his strategic perspective, deep expertise and ability to unite constituents across the ecosystem toward common goals. He frequently contributes to leading industry publications and events, advancing the dialogue around innovation and better outcomes in the defined contribution space.

Born and raised in Washington, Barnett received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance at Washington State University. He began his career in client services at Portland-based Morley Financial Services, and later joined Fidelity Investments, where he specialized in custody sales. Before assuming his current role, he was the Head of Retirement Services at Wilmington Trust. Barnett brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the retirement industry.

Peter serves as Great Gray’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as General Counsel, CAO, and CCO at NDVR, a fintech firm providing wealth optimization services to high-net-worth clients. At NDVR, he and his team were responsible for core business operations, including the legal, compliance, finance, human resources, information security, and tech infrastructure functions.

Before joining NDVR, Peter was SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Fidelity Investments. At Fidelity, he led a legal team that supported many of Fidelity’s core functions globally, including business development, compensation and benefits, corporate governance, finance, innovation and strategic investments, and real estate. In government relations and regulatory affairs, he led Fidelity’s systemic risk working group as well as the firm’s successful engagements at the state, federal, and international levels on policy priorities in asset management, banking, brokerage, executive compensation, and financial stability. Peter began his career at Ropes & Gray in Boston.

Jen serves as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing Great Gray’s operations and leading the fund accounting, onboarding, fund reporting, and investment oversight functional teams. In her role, Jen supports the day-to-day operational activities of Great Gray to ensure its operations are aligned with Great Gray’s strategic direction, goals, and policies and procedures set by the Board. Jen previously served in the Chief Compliance Officer role for Great Gray and led the effort to establish Great Gray’s Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Prior to joining Great Gray, Jen worked at Wilmington Trust. She has over 25 years of experience with institutional retirement plan products, including leading the retirement and custody business fiduciary risk management and compliance oversight functions and strategies. Prior to her risk and compliance role, Jen spent over 15 years as a client service manager overseeing strategic relationship management and administration for qualified and non-qualified retirement plan clients ranging in size from $1 million to $2 billion.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Delaware. She holds the Certified Retirement Plan Professional® (CRPP) designation.

Dan serves as Great Gray’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Great Gray, Dan served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Charles River Associates, a publicly traded global consulting firm (NASDAQ: CRAI). Prior to his tenure at CRA, he held various senior management positions at BrightSphere Investment Group Inc. (currently Acadian Asset Management; NYSE: AAMI), a publicly traded diversified global asset management company, including Senior Vice President and Head of Finance, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. Dan holds a B.A. from Tufts University, as well as a CPA certification.

As Chief Technology Officer, Pratyush provides overall strategic and operational direction for the company’s technology, engineering and infrastructure functions. He is responsible for developing and executing the technology roadmaps in support of our overall company goals.

Over the past 12 years, Pratyush has led teams across various industries undergoing transformation. Pratyush joins us from Auction Technology Group (ATG) where he served as Group Chief Technology Officer and focused on leveraging technology to drive growth and enhance user experiences. Prior to ATG, Pratyush was CTO of Kaplan North America, where he worked on scaling digital education solutions.

Jim serves as Great Gray Group’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for leading enterprise sales, sales operations, marketing, and customer success.

Before joining Great Gray, Jim served as the CRO at Lionbridge, a language technology SaaS company, where he led the GTM strategy and built and scaled their sales and customer success infrastructure. Prior to Lionbridge, Jim was the CRO at Hireright, a background check technology company. He also has extensive experience in finance, leading sales for Thompson Reuters Wealth Management and holding positions at Barclay’s, California Federal Bank, and First Nationwide.

Julie serves as Head of Relationship Management for Great Gray. She has over 25 years of industry experience focused on the Defined Contribution (DC) Marketplace.

She served as Managing Director at AllianceBernstein responsible for the business development of the firm’s U.S. DC business. She was a Vice President at OppenheimerFunds where she was responsible for product management and marketing and spent time at Prudential Investments in both DC operations and product development.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.

Victor serves as the Chief Compliance Officer responsible for leading compliance and operational risk strategies for Great Gray. In his role, Victor oversees implementation of Great Gray Trust Company’s Enterprise Risk Management Program, which represents the firm’s overall risk management approach including the policies, procedures, controls and systems through which risks are managed.

Prior to joining Great Gray, Victor supported the first-line risk, governance and compliance functions and strategies for Wilmington Trust, N.A.’s retirement and institutional custody services business, with a particular focus on its collective investment fund trustee role and sub-advisory RIA relationships. Victor’s decades of experience in investment management, fiduciary and banking settings include roles at USAA supporting its regulatory response team and bank remediation and complaints programs; at BNY Mellon managing a global bank compliance program team, supporting legislative and regulatory efforts, and managing legal support for its Investment Management distribution business (collective, mutual and private funds), at Reed Smith as a financial services practice partner, at Federated Hermes managing its legal administration business for two dozen bank-affiliated mutual fund complexes, and initially at the SEC’s Investment Management division.
Victor has an LL.M. in Securities Regulation with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from the University at Buffalo Law School, and a BA from Hofstra University. Admitted to DC, NY, PA and NJ bars.
